RETREATS

You want to organise a work or private retreat and are looking for a bespoke wellness programme with yoga, pranayama, meditation or Reiki? We can discuss your needs. I also offer retreats for small groups in selected places like Fuerteventura, Apulia, Sardinia, or Mallorca.

PRANAYAMA

Pranayama is an ancient yogic breathing technique in which you control your breath in different lengths and ways. As with Yoga, it is proven to help improve physical, mental, and emotional well-being, reduce stress, improve respiratory function, and increase energy levels, focus, and concentration. Practising pranayama in our daily lives can help us stay calm, focused, and energised.

MEDITATION

Meditation is a mental exercise for the conscious control of attention. It has been handed down in various traditions for thousands of years. The regular practice of meditation brings about lasting positive changes in thinking, feeling, and perceiving. 

The positive effects of meditation on cognition, emotions, brain function, immune system as well as mental health are scientifically proven.

REIKI

An effective and profound Japanese hands-on energy healing technique using ki (Chinese chi = life, force) energy. It works holistically and complementary or as an alternative therapy alongside conventional medical treatments on physical, mental, and emotional levels, promoting the body’s regenerative self-healing ability.
Reiki may be used safely by all ages, including during pregnancy, newborns, animals, and plants.
